Thank you Thank you everyone, this comes from working intensively for too many hours. I just could not think around this! It makes sense to me. Thank you Steffen, for taking the trouble to pursue me here :-)

I saw ... ... your question when you originally posted it in the German to English combo. Let me add to Nicolas' answer that this should be a complete left bundle branch block (bloc de branche gauche complet or bloc gauche complet). See https://urgences-serveur.fr/ecg-facile-les-blocs-de-branche....

left bundle branch block

I believe the clinician wanted to write BBG, "bloc de branche gauche". Because it is observed by ECG, they wrote BBCG (maybe thinking C being for Cardiaque).
Peer comment(s):

agree Steffen Walter : Very close, but I suspect the author wanted to write BBGC (bloc de branche gauche complet, so "complete" needs to be added). See, for example, https://www.soframas.asso.fr/images/soframas/presentations/B...

Indeed.
agree José Patrício : If both the right and the left bundles are blocked, - https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/bundle-branch...
