¡Me ayudan con esto?

You report a morning blood sugar that is usually in the high 90s before eating.

For reference, the goal fasting blood sugar in the morning is 90 to 130 mg/dL and goal A1C is less than 7.5% for anyone over the age of 65.

No me queda claro, si supera los 90...

Explanation:
La "s" después de los números se usa para indicar que algo está aproximadamente en el valor incluido en esa decena: 90s -> 90 a 99. "High 90s" sería 95 en adelante; "low 90s" sería 95 para abajo. Lo he visto mucho en temperaturas, pero calculo que se aplica igual a este caso.
