English to Spanish Bus/Financial Investment / Securities bond issuance

This is a case for damages related to bond issuance and bond insurance, where issuers submitted Official Statements with information for investors and the underwriters had to do a due diligence of said Official Statements.

As to the unexpertised portions of the Official Statements, Defendants determined at the time of the initial offerings that they had reasonable grounds to believe and did believe that the Official Statements contained no material misstatements or omissions; and as to the expertised portions of the Official Statements, Defendants determined at the time of the initial offerings that they had no reasonable ground to believe and did not believe that such statements contained any material misstatements or omissions or that such portions did not fairly represent the statement of the expert.

I understand the meaning but I do not know if there is a specific term for this. My translation is "partes periciadas/no periciadas de las Declaraciones Oficiales". Another alternative could be "partes revisadas por expertos/no revisadas por expertos de las Declaraciones Oficiales"...
