A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

Definition der Pflegeeinrichtungen Altenheim, Pflegeheim und Seniorenheim
Altenheim, Altersheim, Seniorenheim oder Pflegeheim – alle vier Begriffe beschreiben umgangssprachlich dasselbe:
eine stationäre Wohneinrichtung für pflegebedürftige Senioren.
Rechtlich geschützt ist jedoch keine der genannten Bezeichnungen. Das klassische Altenheim war ursprünglich eine Wohneinrichtung für Senioren, die keine Intensivpflege vorsah. Weil die Älteren zunehmend alternative Wohnformen wie betreutes Wohnen (eigenständige Wohnung mit Anschluss an eine stationäre Einrichtung mit umfassenden Serviceleistungen) bevorzugen, wurden die ursprünglichen Altersheime nach und nach ersetzt. Wer heute in ein Seniorenheim zieht, benötigt in der Regel bereits umfassende Unterstützung und Pflege. An die Stelle des Altenheims treten also nachfragebedingt das Pflegeheim bzw. Mischeinrichtungen, die betreutes Wohnen und Pflegeangebot kombinieren.
