Seasonal, overhire, temporary, and part time employees who are non-exempt and are required to work on a Company-wide holiday will be paid ‘time and a half’ their base rate of pay for work completed on that day. For example, if an employee’s base rate of pay is $25/hour, they will be paid at a rate equal to 1.5 times that base rate ($37.5/hour) on these Company-wide holidays.
Seasonal, overhire, and temporary employees who are exempt and are required to work on a holiday will be paid an additional payment in a flat amount for that work (set at $150 per holiday as of June 2021).

Una definición de "overhire":
Organizations are authorized positions based on mission requirements and workload. Civilian and military authorizations are listed on the Unit Manning Document (UMD) maintained by the Manpower office. The UMD includes information such as the number of positions authorized, grade/rank, and AFSC. Individuals hired above this authorization limit are called “overhires”. Generally, units must provide funding for overhire personnel. The 39 ABW Corporate Board must approve all overhire requests.
