Spanish term
cortical frontal parasagital derecho

Medical (general)
This is on an MRI report, the patient had a traumatic brain injury. I'm assuming this is meant to be an adjective for "secuela". Having trouble with the order more than anything, it all sounds wrong to me. Also, can anyone tell me if there's a rule for ordering these adjectives used to describe brain regions?
Context:
Secuela de lesiones hemorrágicas cortical frontal parasagital derecho, cortical lateral frontal derecho, subcortical/centro semioval derecho, margen derecho del cuerpo del cuerpo calloso, margen derecho del rodete del cuerpo calloso, periventricular derecho, región cápsula talámica derecha, temporal profundo derecho, en relación a lesión axonal difusa, dado el antecedente traumático.

"right parasagittal frontal cortex"?
In anatomy, the sagittal plane, or longitudinal plane, is an anatomical plane which divides the body into right and left parts. The plane may be in the center of the body and split it into two halves (mid-sagittal) or away from the midline and split it into unequal parts (para-sagittal).The anatomical term sagittal was coined by Gerard of Cremona.
The term parasagittal is used to describe any plane parallel or adjacent to a given sagittal plane. Specific named parasagittal planes include

The frontal lobe is covered by the frontal cortex. The frontal cortex includes the premotor cortex, and the primary motor cortex – cortical parts of the motor cortex. The front part of the frontal lobe is covered by the prefrontal cortex.

I think 'right parasagittal' means to the right of the parasagittal line and 'frontal cortex' is the part of the brain, though I'm definitely no expert!

: I agree, "cortex" or "cortical" should be included, since the list has other (i.e., subortical and deep nuclear) lesions as well

Después de todo, la traducción literal que plantea Helena en Refs parece perfectamente justificada (¿como respuesta, Helena?).
