Looking at descriptions of this type of watch, variations on "moon phase display" seem to be common descriptions of this "complication" and it is a broad description which will cover other methods. I have found no watches with a graph display of the Moon's phases, although several have the tide shown as a graph.

The Casio G-Shock has "a tide graph and moon chart".
