I direct that there be paid, as part of the expenses of administering my estate, all
estate, inheritance and similar taxes (including interest and penalties, if any) payable by reason of
my death, under any law ofthe United States or of any state or territory of the United States,
with respect to any property includable in my gross estate or any transfer or other disposition of
property made by this my will or otherwise at any time made by me.
