Michael Beijer Mar 11, 2021:
so, on this website at least, it would be: gietijzeren deksel niet gekneveld = cast iron cover
stalen deksel gekneveld = lockable galvanised steel cover

Michael Beijer Mar 11, 2021:
and its translation: Manhole covers
• class A 15 kN (cast iron cover or lockable galvanised steel cover)
• class B 125 kN (round cast iron cover on concrete base)
• class D 400 kN (concrete plate with cast iron cover on concrete base, including rubber ring)

Uitvoeringsvormen afdekking:

Not necessarily secured with a (locking) crossbar.
They can be secured in several ways, also by way of construction.

I think more context is necessary.

Sometimes this 'gekneveld' may also mean 'sealed', at least so it seems.

It may be necessary to know the exact function of this 'geknevelde deksel'.

Some are 'sealed manhole covers' in order to prevent to prevent odour nuisance, for instance.

lockable/locking

Assuming no more context is available, I'd probably opt for something like this.
