Documentation defferals during the closure process (TTS is the name of a banking division). This is for the African market but I don't think that's really important here.
"Deferrals for Account Closures - can be granted up to 15 days based on correctly executed scanned copy and local business approval (VP or above) provided that the account has zero balance. Zeroing the account should be executed by the client.
In case any write off is required, TTS Write Off/On Policy should be followed separately."

what is meant:
depending on what is the "Write Off/On Policy" some amounts due to the bank might be simply written off at the time of closing the account OR the bank could decide to try to recover these amounts due, once the account is closed.

: looks like you went an extrapolation too far from "passer par les pertes et profits", which is anyway only used for "to write off".
