English term

supressed

English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general)
If, for reasons of necessity, a search warrant is not first obtained from the court, then evidence deriving from an "unreasonable" police search will not be allowed into evidence...it will be "suppressed."

¿"desestimada"?

agree Robert Carter : I'd go for "excluidos/as" (it's referring to the "evidence" here, not the "warrant," and that would be the "medios de prueba" or "pruebas"). It relates to the "exclusionary rule" and wrongful searches, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exclusionary_rule

agree Sandro Tomasi : Excluida.

paralizada

Otra opción.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Sandro Tomasi : No he visto “paralizar” dentro del contexto de pruebas, sino paralizar procesos, actuaciones, procedimientos.

Revocada

Example sentence:

Peer comment(s):

neutral Robert Carter : It's not a right that would be "suppressed," but the evidence itself. Evidence doesn't get "revoked", and this isn't about patent law.//Exactly what?
