I agree with AllegroTrans Agreed, succursale doesn't fit for "concession", but autonome would be an appropriate and concise option for "unmanned"

succursale.... suggests "branch" which is not the same thing as a concession. A concession generally operates within a large store or a shopping mall, paying for rental space. It may be one single business, i.e. without branches

I gave you the definition of 'unmanned concessiion' and its source.So I don't understand your objection. //garden centres in the US are unmanned: you pick whatever you want, unless you need assistance to lift a heavy planter.
