Before the start of the clinical trial titled (...), PXF or the Sponsor shall obtain, at own expense or at the Sponsor’s expense, all required evaluations or approvals from the relevant ethics committee (...)

The Institution may not transfer the implementation of the study to (...) without the explicit written agreement of PXF.

Question:
Is PXF the name of a company? In the internet I have only found a Polish lighting company with this name and I don't think this is meant here.
Or is it the abbreviation of some other institution, person or participating member of a clinical trial?
