French term

pu

Non-PRO French to English Medical Medical (general) Drug dosages
This term at the end of a sentence, in lower case and clearly not an acronym.

'.....fractionnement à 100-0-200 mg/j dès le 02.07.2020, pu...'
Proposed translations (English)
5 up
4 prise unique
1 μu

"puis" seems likely
Saeed Najmi Jan 15, 2021:
100-0-200 mg/j dès le 02.07.2020 sounds like a dosage for a period of time. ''pu'' might simply mean ''puis''=''and then'', particularly if that dosage and time change later on in your document. This is mere speculation of course though, I must admit, I initially thought it was an acronym, which you assert it is not. Hope this helps anyways.

μu

If the document has been OCRed from a poor-quality PDF file, maybe this could be it. Pure guess. Not one of my favourite subject areas.

Otherwise I would think it is some kind of abbreviation, because there's no other real possibility (the prescribing doctor's initials?).

pharmacie à usage intérieur

More usually PUI, but sometimes PU.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Tony M : I can't agree with 'µu', since it's hard to see what exactly the 'u' might be, and our dose is already expressed in mg. I think your PU(I) is more plausible.

neutral Tony M : How does that fit with the statement that it is a 'fractionnement' of a dose expressed in 3 parts?
