In relation to the above-mentioned high residual value lease agreements, XX is willing to consider providing a support to YY with the top slice undertakings set forth in this Agreement
Top Slice Undertaking means each document substantially in the form of Appendix 1 executed by XX in accordance with Article 3 below to confirm its top slice undertakings in relation to a specific Lease Agreement and Vehicle, subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the details set forth in the Top Slice Undertaking itself.
