"C" after an amount in a Statement of Account of Guernsey Income Tax

I have 3 figures under different concepts in a statement of account which are followed by a "C".
After looking up the codes at Guernsey Law on Income Tax, I have found out that two of them relate to Tax Paid by Employer,
whereas the other amount appears under "Last Statement Balance".
Can anyone tell me what does the C account for and how to render it into Spanish?
