While I'm not sure about its meaning in Nicaragua (hence my confidence rating of 3), in Mexican Spanish the term "dinámica" is often used in this context to refer to socializing activities or interactive games during a training workshop or simply at a meeting where you want to break down the barriers between people who don't know each other well or who are in an unfamiliar environment. I'm presuming (though I could be mistaken) that "dinámica interna" has that same meaning here, particularly from the context.
Perhaps there's a better term in English for it, but the closest I've come to a term for "dinámicas" in this context is "icebreaker activities".
