No amount of research turned up the word itself, but I did learn enough to have a stab in the dark on this

I would advise you to ask your client for assistance: send them a list, preferably with suggestions if you have any, and ask for their comments.
You can't be expected to be an expert in every field, even if it's your specialist field, and asking for assistance is not a sign of weakness. It's a sign of professionalism :-)
