"Poncheras pato" in this context and dialect? Some kind of bowl? Any ideas?

2 different terms Although I never heard the term "poncheras" used in this particular context. I've always heard "pato" for the purpose of clarifying I'm attaching the pictures. In this context poncheras refers to a bedpan.
Pato= urinal
Again, I've always heard: PATO= bedpan URINAL= urinal (for men)

poncheras, pato pisingo? Now that I'm looking at it, I'm thinking that the comma is in the wrong place and it should be poncheras and pato pisingo de acero inoxidable. The latter comes up as this:

So I'm guessing the name for this is simply a stainless steel male urinal.

What about poncheras?
