Thank you for all the discussion and proposed answer. Unfortunately, I did not feel like the answer was correct "ukierunkowany" means "directed"; this is not what "targetable" means; I at the end came up with my own solution for this term.

Thank you for the definition. I feel like lesions refer here to kinase-activating genetic alterations, but still not sure how to understand "targetable" (as point mutations; alterations that can be identified/located?)
