This is the Arabic word for "high tide." The word for "low tide" is JAZR. The expression MADD WA JAZR is used for "ebb and flow." It literally means "high tide and low tide."
If you want your logo to say "The High Tide," then use the expression ALMADD ("AL-" is the definite article).

Discussion
I will use this term as the logo for my competition entry, would it be possible to (somehow) use latin characters for this set of words.
For example (as far as I know) SAHEL means: " a place in the border of the Sahara desert, a meeting point..."
Will this be the comptition title? or a story about the competition? or your entry in the competition? Will it be engraved or carved? Without specificity, the suggested terms are useless.
