Per bilancio consuntivo=final/closing balance e per rendiconto condominiale forse va bene "report", "financial stetement", ma poi c'è bilancio preventivo. Non sono sicura.Grazie

The rest of your question is not very clear, and you can't ask multiple terms in the same question, but my guess is that "rendiconto" and "bilancio consuntivo" are the same thing. "Bilancio" doesn't mean "balance".

Or "financial statements", as you suggest. Whichever term you choose, you should use the same one for both years to avoid confusion.

Che cos'è il Bilancio?
Il Bilancio è il documento che restituisce, secondo la logica della competenza, gli aspetti economici e patrimoniali dell’ente che hanno avuto origine nell’anno di riferimento.
Che cos'è il Rendiconto consuntivo?
Il Rendiconto è il documento che riporta unicamente le evidenze finanziarie dell’anno, quindi secondo un criterio di cassa, ciò che ha prodotto un’entrata o uscita dalla cassa o dai conti correnti.
