As a record hereof...
"In witness whereof" is another one, more for court documents, but I'd go with "As a record hereof" for your text.

"Y para que conste en donde proceda" is a longer version of the these variants - "para constancia (de lo anterior)" and "(y) para que conste" - commonly used at the end of the Spanish-language legal documents (before the signatures) where "In witness whereof" would be used.
