Thank you, Noran, but I am still at a loss. Apart from translation, what is a screen tint in this context? What does it do? Is it like the tint in car windows (a darkening of the glass)? How is it applied to a boat? In what way is it used for camping? What is an "ordinary tint", and how is this screen tint "bigger" than a regular tint? How can one be "inside" the tint to enjoy the view?

Dear Noran, Please dispel this confusion by correcting either the term or the text so we have one spelling only, either "screen tent" or "screen tint," but not both. And while you are at it, please explain what they mean by "screen." Thank you.

حاجب رياح ملون

My Seacat has a medium tinted plexi windscreen and I'd swap it for clear right now. Impared dawn/night vision has been a problem. Also when the screen gets covered with salt spray it is next to impossible to see thru.
