"Normativ legitimierte Gewalt Schwerpunkte der Intervention bei Typ I sind die Instru-mente der Strafverfolgung.
Dort, wo eine strafrechtliche Verfolgung möglich ist, sollte diese konsequent umgesetzt werden.
Auflagen / Ersatzanordnungen sind zu kontrollieren."
Can anybody help? I'd be very grateful. Thank you in advance.

court/civil order in lieu of criminal prosecution
Not sure there's a neat noun phrase for this 'alternative measure'.

: I'm sorry, Michael, but this time, it's not about your using colloquial language but this is just wrong from a legal perspective (see d-box). I usually don't disagree when posting an answer myself, but I feel I have to.//I'll give it another shot soon.

That's absolutely fine, Björn. I am not convinced of your argument, though.

I assume the company you're translating for is Swiss. Ersatzanordnungen is another word for Ersatzmassnahmen. These Massnahmen are explained in section 237 of the rules that govern procedure in Swiss courts: https://www.admin.ch/opc/de/classified-compilation/20052319/...
I quote: "Das zuständige Gericht ordnet an Stelle der Untersuchungs- oder der Sicherheitshaft eine oder mehrere mildere Massnahmen an, wenn sie den gleichen Zweck wie die Haft erfüllen."
In fact, the first Massnahme that follows is "Sicherheitsleistung." Auflagen are, e.g., conditions of release:
https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/bail-getting-out-of-...
It's not like there's no one to prosecute anymore. Defendants are simply released from pretrial detention or custody:
https://www.nmcourts.gov/court-rules-for-pretrial-release-an...
https://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/prpc-d.pdf
https://www.criminaljustice.ny.gov/opca/pdfs/pretrialstandar...
https://www.americanbar.org/groups/criminal_justice/publicat...
https://law.jrank.org/pages/563/Bail.html
http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Displ...
In short:
"If a defendant is released – with or without conditions – this is referred to as 'pretrial release.'"
https://www.ncsc.org/~/media/Microsites/Files/PJCC/FAQ_Pretr...
You could also use "conditions of pretrial release" and forget about the slash altogether.

alternative sanction
Supervision or control without treatment or rehabilitation, for example, curfews enforced by electronic monitoring, or suspended custodial sentences; and ..

Even if you're just looking for "Anordnung" and "Gewaltprävention," I get back to section 237 (see below): https://gewaltpraevention.lu.ch/-/media/Gewaltpraevention/Do...
Also:
"Da Haft nur als ultima ratio angeordnet werden darf, ist jeweils zu eruieren, ob nicht eine mildere Ersatzmassnahme gemäss Art. 237 StPO zur Erreichung des Ziels geeignet wäre."
https://www.ius.uzh.ch/dam/jcr:6e3088c6-76b8-4e1b-8af8-99003...
This is quite difficult because the sentence leaves room for interpretation, in my opinion. If you have some additional info that might help, I'd appreciate it.
Best wishes

I thought about combining Jeanie's and my answer, as sanctions, IMO, cover the post-trial period:
"For a convicted offender, an alternative sanction is any punishment more restrictive than traditional probation and less punitive than incarceration."
https://www.cga.ct.gov/2004/pridata/Studies/Alternative_Sanc...
However, I'm not sure this would make sense in this context (I've found the page you're translating). The only useful Swiss document I could dig up uses Ersatzmassnahme und Ersatzordnung interchangeably:
http://www.servat.unibe.ch/dfr/bger/040716_1P_352-2004.html
It can't be pretrial diversion, methinks. No first-time offenders, AFAIK:
"Pre-trial diversion is intended to redirect persons arrested for the first time from further involvement with the criminal justice system by deferring prosecution and ultimately dismissing the charge upon successful compliance with certain court-ordered conditions."
