“Service Order” means a document completed by the Parties pursuant to Clause … (Service Orders) from time to time.

Service Orders.

The Parties acknowledge and agree that the execution of this Agreement does not create any obligation on the part of XXX to engage Supplier to provide any Services; or an obligation on the part of Supplier to provide any Services. Any such obligation on the part of Supplier to provide Services shall arise only upon the execution of a Service Order under this Agreement.

In the event that, from time to time, XXX and Supplier agree that Supplier will provide Services, the Parties shall enter into a Service Order which shall describe the Services to be provided under the Service Order.

Costs and Expenses. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement or any Service Order, each Party shall bear its own legal and other costs and expenses of, and incidental to, the preparation, negotiation, execution and completion of this Agreement, any Service Order and of any related documents or instruments.
