: one thing is for sure: it's NOT "un syndicat" of the SNPI (Syndicat national des Professionnels de l'Immobilier) type - which is a trade association, NOT any kind of joint venture. // Every time I tried, I found that Linguee is 99.9% useless.

: It is a kind of "joint venture", agree on that, but without more context we can't presume that it's "un partenariat" which is a specific well defined legal form, far from being the only one used to "do things together"

The general idea is plain obvious:
"syndicated property investment" = property investment by a "syndicate" of investors.
The little "detail" where the devil could be hiding is "syndicate" - it might have a very specific meaning in the legal system of the country where it's happening (i.e. not the meaning that would be hastily presumed from the general language).
