English to Polish Bus/Financial Human Resources expenses policy

Personal vehicles may be used for company business short local trips (e.g. travel to and from train stations, etc.). The Employee is fully responsible to make sure their car is in road worthy condition, insured for the purpose of the trip and that they hold a valid driver’s licence.

Employees will only be reimbursed for the journey between their usual place of work and their destination. Normal commutable distance is non-reimbursable.
