German term

diskrete

German to English Medical Medical: Cardiology generally, vascular anatomy
From patient discharge letter:
"Diskrete Perfusion im Bereich der Unterschenkelarterien."

Means something like modest, mild, or slight -- more than small and less than moderate.
Does NOT mean discreet or discrete--these are false friends.
Sometimes appears with other, similar terms, so it is difficult to visualize what distinction is being made.

Discussion

Anne Schulz May 18, 2019:
"Diskrete Perfusion" is very unusual (as confirmed by the fact that your query is the only reference my search engine returns for "diskrete Perfusion" in quotation marks). Does the broader context shed any light on the intended meaning? Otherwise, I'd suggest to add a translator's note.

decreased (alternatively: poor)

For the specific context mentioned, I would use "decreased perfusion" or, alternatively, "poor perfusion".

"Slight" and (even less idiomatic, "mild") would be used for slIghtly different contexts.
