It is fairly clear what this means, but as it concerns safety... I'm having trouble getting a definitive translation of the expression... also because of the usual highly abbreviated writing style I'm not entirely sure whether there should be a comma (at least) before "agrément".

: Not "firebreak" as that means a space containing no combustible materials. and is more usual in forestry. A firebreak wouldn't have a time-based rating.
