This part appears on the first page under the PETICIÓN section:

For further context, the document lists the "medios de prueba" just before this "petición" section.

All the hits (or most, at least) for "medios de prueba individualizados" seem to come from Guatemala, so this suggests it's a set phrase used there.

Could this just be something like "each separate piece of evidence", "pieces of evidence listed separately"... or am I missing something?
For the time being I have: "e) That each separate piece of evidence proposed in the corresponding section be admitted."
