English to French Other Law (general) divorce document Decree Nisi

There is a 'amendment of the decree nisi pursuant under the slip rule'.
Basically a middle name has been addred on the document for the former spouse.

At the bottom of the amended document appears :
'I CERTIFY THAT THIS HAS BEEN EXAMINED WITH THE ORIGINAL FILED COURT AND IS A TRUE COPY THEREOF'.
