This is from a hospital in Madrid, Spain (Hospital Universitario, Puerta de Hierro, Majadahonda).
The elderly patient was receiving an implant of a MitralClip when complications arose, so they were transferred to the cardiac surgery theatre. The nurse's notes state:
"Canalizada arteria femoral izq. para implante de Impella que no se realiza finalmente. Se deja introductor de 7F + Proglide
[the text then continues on the next page, it's difficult to say whether the sentence is continued because there is no full stop after Proglide but there is also still half a line of space available before the end of the page i.e. "SV de urgencia intraoperatorio" could go immediately after and on the same page as Proglide]

DISPOSITIVO HEMOSTATICO TORMES STICH: Se retirará el punto de sutura a las 16:30 horas manteniendo saco durangte este tiempo."
My doubt is "SV" - I suppose it's "soporte vital"? Can anyone confirm? Another option is "signos vitales"?

Dado lo que sabemos del caso por tus otras preguntas, SV podría perfectamente aludir a sustitución valvular (de urgencia) -aunque habitualmente referido como reemplazo o recambio valvular, por lo que el acrónimo me sigue resultando dudoso (y soy consciente además de la no concordancia de género con intraoperatorio -vs. intraoperatoria).

Dadas también las anotaciones de otras preguntas (la necesidad de drogas vasoactivas, las diversas vías periféricas y centrales canalizadas así como la necesidad de complejo protrombínico y plaquetas, sugiriendo un sangrado crítico), la idea de soporte vascular, aún resultando expresión inespecífica, me parece después de todo tanto o más probable que el resto de opciones planteadas.

Que se me ocurra a bote pronto, soporte vital, a pesar de que me siga chocando, parece la opción más plausible en el contexto dado. ¿Nada más de contexto o alguna otra pista clínica? No se me ocurre nada en relación con el introductor proglide y no tengo ni idea de a qué se refiere el original con Tormes Stich.
