Japanese term

養殖やりよう

Non-PRO Japanese to English Art/Literary Cinema, Film, TV, Drama
Dear ProZ members,

I'm having troubles with a sentence full of colloquial forms that are confusing me, and I'm unable to understand their grammatical function. Could you please re-write it in standard Japanese and give me a literal translation of it?

Some strange hybrid fishes are appearing in town, and someone speculates they could be some sort of experiment by a man who works in aquaculture.

きっと養殖やりようあの男とか何か変なん作りよったっちゃなかろうかなあ
The meaning should be something like "I'm sure they're some strange creations made by that man in his fish farm, aren't they?".

I'm failing to understand やりよう and よったっちゃ.

Thank you!

(man who is) running (or working for ) a fish farm

ちゃんと具体的な地方が決まっているのかは分りませんが、方言ですね。標準語ならこんなもんだと思います。
きっと養殖をやっているあの男とか(が)何か変なものを作ったのではないかなあ。
