Under a contract for the supply of 'convoyeurs à bande' for a new line of the Paris underground, the supplier is to provide various spare parts for the conveyors. I'm afraid that I have no context for this term, as it is simply included in a list of spare parts. Thanks Kim. Though a drum pulley is a particular sort of pulley, I don't think we need belt and braces here, as it's clear from the context that the drum is a pulley.
