Je ne vois pas bien ce que signifie "breakthrough" dans ce contexte ?

Personal or not? Your text seems to say this is "personal breakthrough level". However, that is quite different from "breakthrough level", which you have posted as your header term. If you search "personal breakthrough", rather than "breakthrough level", you will find explanations of what this means.
