Dear colleagues,
I would appreciate some help with this phrase (unable to find this). Context:
Début juillet, une carence en acide folique est suspectée sur une macrocytose à 108 μ3,
un myélogramme évocateur, et confirmée par l’effondrement du taux sérique des folates à 0,2 ng/ml (Nale de 4 à 20 ng/ml).

I have not encountered this notation previously however it is common on lab results to post what the lab regards as normal ranges, taking in to account the method of analysis, specific analytic machines used, error margin etc.
In the linked reference from the German speaking world (there listed under Folsäure) the normal range is listed as 3 -15 ng/ml which is in the same ball park.
Hence "Nale de" is probably a contraction of "normale de .... à"
