: Hi Fiona. Given the "su" for both "ipoglicemi" (this is not hypoglycemia - it's a plural noun) and "terapia insulinica" I think the patient is ON both of these treatments. See: https://www.bouldermedicalcenter.com/oral-hypoglycemic-drugs...

Hi Joseph. You're probably right - that said, I think we always have to be wary of Italian MDs' "writing skills" and the phrase as a whole. But yes, it's probably oral hypoglycemics here.
