Discussion

Steffen Walter Jun 12, 2018:
philgoddard Jun 12, 2018:
That doesn't seem to bear any relationship to the heading. Are you sure?
Maja Matic (asker) Jun 12, 2018:
philgoddard Jun 12, 2018:
It sounds like they're not allowed to run a business while working for the employer, but please could you tell us what the article says.

non-creation of a continuous business practice

Compare with this:

"The grant of the rights hereunder is made on a voluntary basis and with the reservation of its optional nature, and shall not create any continuous business practice ( keine betriebliche Übung ) and thus shall not create any legal entitlement to the grant of further rights (or other participations or bonuses) in the future even if rights (or other participations or bonuses) are granted repeatedly."

agree Steffen Walter : 'No continuous/consistent business practice' / See also https://www.proz.com/kudoz/english_to_german/law_contracts/5...

neutral philgoddard : Why continuous? What does this mean? Also, headings are normally expressed as positive statements even if they ban something.

neutral Lancashireman : With Phil. Please explain 'non-creation'.
