contact hours vs credit hours

English to German Other Education / Pedagogy school terminology

I am translating a Canadian education assessment form where "contact hours (not credit hours)" of individual courses taken in Germany are to be indicated.

For both terms, the most common translation I find is "Semesterwochenstunden" (SWS). Since the assessment center asking for above information expressly differentiates between "contact hours" and "credit hours", does anyone have an elegant solution in German to provide that difference?
