English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The Parties will be entitled to renegotiate the present Contract, if a change occurs in the initial data according to which it had entered into the Contract, especially if the change is the consequence of a difficult economical situation (energy costs, transportation, ecological treatments ...), and modifies the balance of the Contract to such a extend that the Party suffers an unfair imbalance.
