Hello there,

I am working on a policy for a credit management firm and I'm stuck in the following sentence. It's part of the conditions that apply for the members to be able to trade with the company's securities:

"[the member] acquires qualification of entitlement of Company Securities and the final date for such an acquisition, under rules of the issuer, falls during the closed period".

I can't seem to figure out what "qualification of entitlement" means - "acceso a títulos de valores"? I am completely lost here.

Any ideas?
