En un informe de un oncólogo:
"Al examen físico encontramos a un paciente en estables condiciones generales, encontrando como dato positivo a nivel de
cuello una cicatriz de 4 cm aproximadamente a nivel submaxilar derecha que deja la piel retráctil pero no se palpan
adenopatías cervicales, submaxilares, occipitales, supraclaviculares, axilares ni inguinales, a nivel de abdomen el hígado
estaba palpable 1 cm por debajo del reborde costal no esplenomegalia, resto de la evaluación física sin alteraciones.
Se discutió además la tomografía de cuello del mes de abril con el servicio de radiología indicándonos que impresiona sólo
adenopatía submaxilar derecha y que las del lado izquierdo son **de características inespecíficas con rasgos benignos**."
¿Se dice sencillamente "are nonspecific and benign"?
