I believe "לאחר תשלום" or "לאחר תשלום בפועל" is the best choice here. What you've suggested implies that payment has yet to be made when actually I believe it's an auditing process that comes after (and not before) payment was made (allowing for greater flexibility in payments approval as appears in the link provided).
