Spanish term
título transmisivo
Spanish to English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
Articles of incorporation
In a section on the right to transfer sares in vivos to other shareholder, family members etc...
I see this could mean "transferred shares/holding" but it doesn't make much sense even so.

So, we get something along these lines:
"...irrespective of the type of transfer proposed by the partner/member, the value of the shares in the event of a discrepancy shall be the fair value of the shares on the day on which the purpose of the transfer was communicated to the Company."

Low confidence rating simply because this is not one of my usual areas.

Nb: See comment by AllegroTrans. It may just mean the deed per se:
"...regardless of the instrument/deed of transfer proposed by the partner/member,... etc."

: Don't you think this is more likely to be the actual intrument/deed of transfer?

Perhaps "type of deed of transfer", but I think it more or less amounts to the same thing...

: I think in this context the reference is indeed to the "type of transfer". I'll post a comment above.

deed conveying title
This sounds very much like the "título traslativo de dominio" in Mexico, which is the deed conveying title (confirmed by Thomas West and Javier Becerra). Taken fro Javier Becerra:
título traslativo de dominio ‑ deed conveying title, instrument transferring title (usually to real estate): el poseedor de buena fe que ha adquirido la posesión por título traslativo de dominio, tiene derecho a que se le abonen todos los gastos necesarios para la conservación de la cosa poseída, teniendo derecho a retenerla hasta que se le haga el pago / a good faith possessor who has acquired possession under an instrument transferring title is entitled to be reimbursed for all necessary and regular expenses that he or she incurred in the preservation of the property, and to retain such property until reimbursement thereof is made.
