(secondary) effacement of ipsilateral lateral ventricle
I am posting this suggestion because the two people who made comments in the discussion box know what they're talking about!
Fig 1. CT scan (Brain) suggesting of SDH with intracerebral hematoma in right frontoparietal region with effacement of ipsilateral lateral ventricle and midline shift to left.

The supratentorial lesion is exerting mass effect, evident by contralateral midline shift and effacement of ipsilateral lateral ventricle and cortical sulci.

Findings: There is a broad based hyperdense mass in the right parietal region measuring 7.2cm X 4.9cm (axial) with medial buckling of the grey-white matter suggesting extra-axial mass. - significant mass effect resulting in effacement of ipsilateral lateral ventricle with minimal contralateral lateral ventricular dilatation.

I don't think you need to worry about not finding "secondary". Surely "secundaria" just means secondary to the lesion/trauma; it's not describing a particular kind of "retracción".
So I think you've got it.
Effacement = the shortening, or thinning, of a tissue
Retracción. f. Término empleado en medicina con dos sentidos: uno, el etimológico, para indicar un movimiento hacia atrás; el otro, que hace referencia a una célula o tejido que ha sufrido una disminución del volumen
