Lo si trova in contesti di formazione del personale, strategie per offrire una value proposition efficace, comunicazione con il cliente e simili.

Fare il check-in in questi contesti significa verificare, fare il punto della situazione, chiedere riscontro...si può fare check-in telefonico di un cliente (check-in call), oppure check-in con il personale in occasione di incontri, per fare il punto della situazione, confrontarsi, o check in con il cliente ponendo delle domande (check-in statements) in modo da lasciarlo esprimere e allo stesso tempo ottenere un riscontro.

Nel caso specifico tuo, mi pare di capire che si tratti di check-in del personale, il dipendente deve quindi stilare una serie di domande per preparare la Value proposition. Oppure potrebbe essere un'auto verifica che ogni dipendente fa per migliorarsi. Sarebbero quindi domande che fungono da verifica ad Harley per capire cosa modificare.. solo tu che hai tutto il contesto puoi modulare la traduzione al meglio, ma spero di averti messo sulla strada giusta.
