Posture is the way one holds various parts of the body when sitting, standing, walking etc. It mainly pertains to the shoulders, back, hips and knees. Postural correction is to overcome incorrect posture, e.g. by not slouching.
In pregnancy the center of gravity of the body shifts for pregnant women as their belly grows with weight and volume of the baby, along with other changes. They need to adapt to this change so there is less strain on their back and the baby has optimal growing space. This is postural correction in pregnancy.

I added دوران حمل (during pregnancy) as I was reading the explanation. Based on just the term asked (i.e. postural correction), this part would be omitted.
