Spanish term

en su interior ly a DC

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) abdominal and pelvic CT Scan
This is from an abdominal and pelvic CT Scan report from Bolivia. After describing the liver, it describes increased uterine size, retention of blood in uterus, and a hypodense image in the interior of the uterus, followed by the phrase I'm having a problem with. The source reads: "e imagen hipodensa en su interior ly a DC". Then it goes on to say it's either metastasis or diffuse hepatic steatosis.

I think the "ly" is probably a typo and is simply "y". But I'm confused by "DC". It's part of the description of the hypodense image inside the uterus and I think it's saying it extends to the "DC". If that's true, the "C" could stand for "canal" or "cervical". It's inside the and extends into - any ideas?
