German to English Medical Medical (general) Neurology
I know it should be something obvious, but have not found anything that fits in the normal (many) places that I search in;

"Pallhypästhesie am GZG beidseits (6/8)"

This is in the context of a medical report on a patient with recently-diagnosed MS>

Discussion

David Tracey, PhD Aug 3, 2017:
BTW, 'pallhypaesthesia' is not common in English, I would say 'impaired sensitivity to vibration': see

Heidi Newby-Rose (asker) Aug 3, 2017:
Thanks David! It's going to have to fit at this stage!

metatarsophalangeal joint

GZG may be an abbreviation for 'Großzehengrundgelenk', i.e. 'metatarsophalangeal joint of the great toe'. Not sure if it fits your context...
